In keeping with the duties stated in the laws related to the protection of private information, such as the Private Information Protection Law, and guidelines of the Competent Minister, BEACON Associates, Inc. (hereinafter “the company” or “BEACON”) is working to protect the private information of its customers through the following policies.

Use of private information

The company uses the information gathered on its customers for the following purposes:

  • To ask for the opinion of the customers in order to improve the company’s services
  • To reply to inquiries from customers

The company will take appropriate care when using customer information it has gathered in order to protect the rights of the customer. Furthermore, the company will not use the customer information for purposes other than those outlined above without the permission of the customer. (Excluding cases where the customer has given prior consent or it is required by law.)

BEACON may provide links to third-party websites or information as a service to our users. If you use these links, you will leave the Sites. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by BEACON of the third party, the third- party website, or the information contained therein, and BEACON shall not be responsible or liable for your use thereof. Such use shall be subject to the terms of use and privacy policies applicable to those sites.

Security

BEACON has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorized Beacon personnel and third party service providers are provided access to personal data, and these employees and service providers are required to treat this information as confidential. Consent; changes to Privacy Policy
